Coronavirus, Covid-19 Pandemic in India– The 1st case of the COVID-19 pandemic in India was founded on 30th January 2020, the coronavirus originating from Wuhan city of China. Now the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare have confirmed the 62,939 cases, and 19,358 recoveries on 10th May 2020. Now country moved into Lockdown 3.0 on 4th May 2020 this phase is more of a Re-opening 1.0, since certain activities are now permitted in all zones green, orange and red with full restrictions only applying to containment zones. The government followed it up with lockdowns in 75 districts where COVID-19 cases had occurred as well as all major cities, on 24 March, the prime minister ordered a nationwide lockdown for 21 days. India recorded the largest single day spike in positive cases on Monday 4th May with 3,900 new cases reported in the last 24 hours and 195 deaths, the country also witnessed the highest number of coronavirus deaths in a day.

Aarogya Setu App: Aarogya Setu is Indian COVID-19 tracking App developed by the National Informatics Centre and that comes under the government Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. The app is there on both Google Play (for Android phones) and Apple App Store (for ioS). Aarogya Setu is designed to keep an user informed in cases has crossed paths with someone who has tested positive. The tracking is done through a Bluetooth and location generated social graph, which can show your interaction with anyone who has tested positive.
